Payments are accepted via credit card or debit card. Accepted cards are Visa, Visa Electron, AMEX, Mastercard, and Maestro. Additionaly, PayPalGoogle Pay, Apple PayiDEAL, and Bancontact are also available to our customers.

If you’re having trouble with payment, please ensure that you are using one of our accepted payment methods and that you have sufficient funds on your card.

All orders must be purchased through our website and paid at the time of check out.

Virago currently ships to United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Europe.

All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 3 business days.

All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays.

Some countries outside of Australia, USA, UK and Europe may be subject to additional customs & import fees.

As soon as your order has been fulfilled, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email. You will then be able to track your order through the tracking link on the email or in Track You Order menu. If you haven't received an email yet, don’t stress! Your order will usually take around 1-2 business days to be dispatched.

*Please note, tracking can take around 24 hours to update after dispatch.

Please contact support@viragobags.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn't already been processed by our warehouse, we will be able to change the address. In the event that the order has already been processed, unfortunately we will not be able to make any change on your address.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange for defective or damaged products, you must first email us within 14 days of receiving the products at support@viragobags.com with proof (video or image) of the defective or damaged items, and we will send you a replacement item or, in case your item is out our stock, we will refund you immediately.
